How to get here
BY CAR FROM MILAN
Take the A1 motorway (Milan–Parma), then merge onto the A15 Parma–La Spezia. Continue onto the A12 motorway towards Livorno–Rome and exit at Rosignano Marittimo.
Proceed along the Aurelia dual carriageway (SS1) towards Follonica Nord. After about 20 km, follow the signs for Punta Ala.
At the junction where Tirli is indicated to the left and Punta Ala to the right, turn right towards Punta Ala. Continue along this road for approximately 3 km.
When you see a greenhouse on the right and, directly opposite, an olive grove on the left, take the unpaved uphill road that runs alongside the olive grove. A sign indicates Podere San Niccola.
Once you reach the gate, you have arrived at Podere San Niccola.

BY CAR FROM ROME
Take the A12 motorway towards Civitavecchia. Continue along the Aurelia dual carriageway (SS1) and take the exit Grosseto Nord – Castiglione della Pescaia, then follow the signs for Punta Ala.
