BY CAR
From Rome
(About 2½ hours)
- Take the A12 motorway north to Civitavecchia.
- Take the Civitavecchia exit and follow the signs to Grosseto.
- Turn off at the Grosseto Nord exit and follow the signs to Punta Ala.
- After about 30km (after Castiglione della Pescaia) you come to a crossing (right towards Tirli and left to Punta Ala). Turn left following the signs Punta Ala
- After about 3 km you see green houses on your right and an olive grove on your left. Take a left before the olive grove on the uphill country road. Once you arrived at the gate you are at the entrance of San Niccola
BY CAR
From Pisa
(About 1½ hours)
- Follow the Via Aurelia south towards Livorno / Grosseto.
- Just after Follonica Nord, take the Scarlino exit and follow the signs to Punta Ala.
- After about 15km (after il Puntone) you come to a crossing (right towards Punta Ala and left to Tirli). Turn right following the signs Punta Ala
- After about 3 km you see green houses on your right and an olive grove on your left. Take a left before the olive grove on the uphill country road. Once you arrived at the gate you are at the entrance of San Niccola
If you look for “Podere San Niccola” on Google Maps or Waze, you will have the exact position and get to the Podere easily.

- Follow the signs to Siena.
- After about 55 km, follow the signs to Grosseto.
- Turn off at the Grosseto Nord exit and follow the signs to Punta Ala.
