As soon as you get to the top of the dirt road, the endless view of the sea captures you immediately. The colours of the sea and the Mediterranean scrub never fail and make this patch of land a magical place full of energy. Podere San Niccola is a charming estate located on the southwest coast of Tuscany, in the heart of the Grossetto Maremma. San Niccola is composed of two main buildings: the Casale, or farmhouse, which is the original building, and San Niccolino (the secondary house), joined together by a centenary olive grove.

The atmosphere on the Estate
The property is a perfect compromise for guests looking for a peaceful environment in the Tuscan Maremma, but with quick access to the sea and beaches.
If you want to spend a few days at Podere San Niccola, there are three apartments to rent in the original building (the Casale, Casa Ginestra and Casa Mimosa). Alternatively you can choose the entire second house San Niccolino or the dépendance Le Rose.
The Pool
During your stay at Podere San Niccola, you will have the possibility to experience sports activities such as trekking, mountain bike or walks in the pine forest and you can also relax in our swimming pool.
SanniccOlio
We produce our SanniccOlio, an extra virgin olive oil through the pressing of fresh and healthy olives that have not undergone treatments with chemical substances.
